1 Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using 7AM, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app or related services.

Your use of the 7AM iOS application is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2 About 7AM

7AM is an alarm and wake-up application designed to help users create alarms and complete interactive wake-up missions. Features may include alarm scheduling, wake missions, alarm history, sound options, account features, and premium functionality.

Features may change, improve, be replaced, or be discontinued as the service evolves.

3 Alarm Reliability and User Responsibility

7AM is designed to provide alarm and wake-up functionality using capabilities available on supported Apple devices. However, alarm operation can be affected by device settings, permissions, operating system behavior, hardware conditions, software updates, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device settings, permissions, battery availability, and system configuration required for the app to operate.

4 Accounts and Sign in with Apple

Certain 7AM features may require authentication using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account and for activity performed through your account.

Information associated with your account is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5 Premium Subscriptions

7AM may offer premium functionality through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store.

• Available subscription options may include monthly and annual plans.
• The exact subscription duration and price are displayed before purchase in the app and through Apple's purchase interface.
• Payment is charged to the Apple Account associated with your App Store purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription management rules.
• Renewal is charged by Apple at the applicable subscription price unless the subscription is canceled before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

6 Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Some eligible users may be offered a free trial, introductory offer, promotional access, or complimentary premium access. Availability and eligibility may vary.

When an Apple subscription includes a free trial or introductory offer, the duration, eligibility, price after the offer, and applicable billing terms are displayed through the App Store purchase flow before confirmation.

Unless canceled according to the terms displayed by Apple, an eligible trial associated with an auto-renewable subscription may convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.

7 Subscription Management and Cancellation

App Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. You can review, modify, or cancel an active subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting the 7AM app or signing out of your 7AM account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the applicable paid subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

8 Refunds and Billing

Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Requests relating to App Store charges, billing, or refunds are subject to Apple's applicable policies and processes.

7AM does not independently process App Store subscription payments or control Apple's refund decisions.

9 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use 7AM for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, abuse, or circumvent the app, its services, security, or access controls.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, servers, or data.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the app except where expressly permitted by applicable law or applicable license terms.
• Misuse complimentary, promotional, subscription, or account access mechanisms.

10 Intellectual Property

7AM, including its branding, design, software, graphics, interfaces, original content, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to the provider of 7AM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

11 Third-Party Services

7AM may rely on or interact with services provided by Apple or other third parties. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, operation, or policies of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

12 Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of 7AM when reasonably necessary, including to maintain compatibility, security, performance, or compliance.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or operate identically across every device, operating system version, country, or region.

13 Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7AM and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider of 7AM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the app.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

15 Privacy

Your use of 7AM is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, retained, and protected.

16 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to 7AM, applicable laws, operational requirements, or our services.

When these Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where required by applicable law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
